About our Speaker:
Jen Pollard was hired in 2016 to support the launch of the new Wellesley Career Education, an ambitious model designed to prepare and inspire Wellesley students and alumnae to craft a lifetime of opportunity and realize their full potential. Over the past four years, Jen led the integration of two new technology platforms to scale operations and connect the Wellesley network, increased outcome tracking and reporting, and supported the creation of strategic goals and initiatives to prepare students for life after Wellesley.
Jen earned her bachelors from Bentley University and a Masters in Higher Education and Educational Technology from George Mason University. She brings both corporate and higher education experience to Wellesley College. As a Client Strategist for a digital agency, Jen managed large-scale marketing research and positioning projects for companies such as eBay, Target, Starbucks, and Whirlpool. After leaving corporate to pursue her passion for higher education, Jen spent over three years at George Mason University’s career center where she defined and executed comprehensive marketing and assessment strategies, launched a mobile application to drive event engagement, and presented at regional and national conferences on the importance of visual communication in sharing outcomes and increasing reporting transparency.
Come join us for an engaging conversation and networking!
